Rental Requirements

Reservations: must be made in advance and accompanied by a $250 reservation deposit. To make a reservation, go to our Reservations Page for more information. We do not take reservations and rent on the same day (case by case basis) Please Note as of June 1st, 2020 we have a 5 night minimum for our rentals.

Renters and drivers must be 25 years old.

Insurance: It must be verified or purchased 24 hours before rental pick up. After you book in you will receive an insurance binder request form. You would need to send it to your insurance company so they can issue you FULL COVERAGE insurance for your trip. It has all the information they need to write up a binder for your rental. You will need to be sure they send proof to you and us and bring a copy with you when you pick up, our fax number is on that form. If RV insurance can not be obtained through your own company, you can purchase insurance through us.

Rental Deposits: are required for all rentals. The minimum deposit is $500, and the maximum is $2,000.

Payment: for all rentals is required before the motor home is released. This includes any extra charges such as mileage or kit rental. To determine this amount, please contact us and we will send you a complete estimate and your rental requirements.

Picking up your rental: You will need 60 to 90 minutes to check out on the first day of rental. This allows a full orientation of all aspects of the coach you have selected. It could take less time, depending on how familiar and comfortable you are with the unit that you have rented.

Returning your rental: We will need time to check your motor home back in, so allow 30 minutes or longer.  We have 48 hours plus to inspect the unit.  After we have completely checked in the coach, we will re-calculate your charges to account for mileage usage and generator usage, and either credit or charge your account accordingly.
